Delivery Options & Charges| Royal Mail industrial action is scheduled from Friday 5th October to Wednesday 10th October. During this time delivery dates may greatly vary. To ensure the quickest delivery we recommend selecting Special Delivery on checkout as Royal Mail assure that this service will still be treated as priority although guaranteed delivery dates are suspended. |
We offer the following three methods of delivery.
• Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Signed For - £3.50• Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day - £6.50• Royal Mail Special Delivery Saturday - £8.50Spend over £100 and delivery is free.Please note that orders for guaranteed next day delivery must be received before 1.00pm otherwise they will be dispatched the next working day.
The above postal rates remain the same no matter how large your order.
• Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Signed For - £3.50Deliveries Monday to Saturday.
Most 1st class parcels arrive next working day (Mainland UK), however please allow up to 3 working days for delivery.
Proof of delivery and a tracking number are obtained with the service. A signature is required on delivery.
99% U.K coverage. Deliveries to non-mainland addresses may take longer.
If the postman is unable to obtain a signature a calling card will be left and the parcel will be returned to your local sorting office. You are then able to contact the telephone number on the card to arrange a re-delivery.
• Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day - £6.50This service is ideal for gifts required urgently and includes order tracking. Your order will be delivered (Monday to Friday) before 1.00pm on the next working day.
Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be received on Tuesday.
We require that orders for this service are placed by 1.00pm otherwise they will be dispatched the next working day.

• Royal Mail Special Delivery - Saturday - £8.50This service is ideal for gifts required on a Saturday for a special occasion or birthday.
Your order will be delivered on Saturday before 1.00pm.
The delivery charge is an additional £2.00 on top of the normal rate for Special Next Day Delivery.
We require that orders for this service are placed by 1.00pm on the Friday, otherwise they will be dispatched the next working day (Monday).
